Large and fine Sino Hereke silk RUG circa 1985. Silk velvet on silk foundation. Beautiful graphics and polychromy. Beige field decorated with mosaics of polychrome palmettes and floral bulbs surrounded by finely drawn serrated foliage. Five borders, the main one brick, with fan-shaped wreaths of flowers. 260 x 185 cm Good overall condition.
