How to purchase/buy?
1. Check our sales calendar regularly or subscribe to our newsletter.
If you like an object:
2. Come and see it during the exhibition. If you are unable to come, don't hesitate to ask us for more information (contact link).
3. On the day of the sale, you can bid by raising your hand on the spot, from your home by phone or on the internet, or by leaving us a purchase order (details below).
4. Pay for your purchase remotely (link to payment page) or at our office and pick it up at either Drouot Auction House or in our offices by appointment.
5. Still hesitating? Don't dare to take the plunge? Ask us for advice.
There are several ways to bid and buy at auction:
By coming physically on site > Prior registration is recommended but not mandatory. Bring ID, a means of payment and... be ready to raise your hand.
On the internet > Wherever you are, by connecting to the live platform that broadcasts the sale.
By phone > Send an email to contact@lemonauction.fr with the lot number you are interested in, your complete contact details, your ID and a bank account number. You will receive a registration confirmation email with the approximate time of call.
Leaving a purchase order > Send an email to contact@lemonauction.fr with the lot number you are interested in, your complete contact information, your ID and a bank account number. Tell us the maximum amount you want to buy your lot for. We take the bids for you. We try to buy the lot at the lowest possible price without exceeding the maximum amount indicated, while respecting the other bids. If you have won the auction, we will notify you that evening or the day after the sale.
