RUDI BENETIK (1960) - Lot 271
RUDI BENETIK (1960)
Silenzio, 1989
Oil painting on canvas.
Size: 28.5 x 33 cm.
Note: An active painter in the second half of the twentieth century, Rudi Benetik developed a body of work marked by demanding formal research and an assertive sense of pictorial construction. His work is part of the post-war abstraction movement, in which color and matter structure space with sobriety and intensity. Appreciated for the coherence of his plastic language, he attracts collectors sensitive to the European modernity of the 1960s-70s.
