Édouard VEREYCKEN (1893-1967), Bronze BUST Édouard VEREYCKEN (1893-1967), BRONZE MASCULINE BUST with brown patina featuring a man in a tie. Signature "SD VEREYCKEN" on the back of the collar. Dimensions : 40 x 35 cm. Édouard VEREYCKEN was a Belgian-born sculptor, greatly influenced by Auguste RODIN and Jef LAMBEAUX, who was awarded the second Prix de Rome in 1919. Working in the United States, France, Italy and Canada, he is the author of numerous monumental works for public spaces, notably in Belgium (Antwerp, Brussels, Mons, Nieuwpoort, Hasselt...).
