Old and original Karabagh Kilim RUG, Central Europe. Needlework and crochet. Wool thread tapestry technique on wool foundation. Black field richly decorated with stylized flowers and foliage finely drawn in polychrome. Large, original border with basins of geometrically stylized multicolored flowers in the shape of a pineapple. Circa 1940/50. Size: 316 x 200 cm. (Beautiful polychromy, remarkable freshness of color, fine decorative element, good overall condition).
