Large, fine and original Sinohereke silk carpet Circa 1980. Silk velvet on silk backing. Density: approx. 12/13,000 knots per dm2. Ivory field decorated with hunting scenes, riders, warriors and hunters surrounded by animals, richly flowered trees of life very finely drawn in pastel tones, framing a central pearl-gray and lilac rosette with floral crown. Four spandrels echo the central medallion. Eight borders, the main one in old gold with stylized floral wreaths. Dimensions 305 x 203 cm Good condition.
