Fin Tapis Penjab Fine Punjab rug, India Wool and silk, wool velvet inlaid with silk on cotton backing. Prayer-shaped rug with stylized mirhab on an ivory silk field decorated with a richly flowered vase. Double emerald-green spandrels with stylized diamond-shaped flower buds in pastel tones. A triple border, the main one decorated in the same way as the central field. Circa 1975. Dimensions 180 x 125 cm. Good condition, quite fine.
