Important and original Sarouk (Iran). Middle 20th century. Around 1940/50. Technical characteristics: Velvet in lambswool on cotton foundation. Pink field with polychrome stylized diamond-shaped flowering palmettes surrounded by stylized foliage in the form of butterflies and fish. Seven borders, the main one in midnight blue with animal decoration. Good condition. Dimensions: 400 x 280 cm.
