Jean PROUVE (1901-1984), rare "all-wood" model CHAIR Jean PROUVE (1901-1984) Rare "all-wood" model ARMCHAIR, made by the Vauconsant workshops around 1940. Solid oak frame, seat and back in thermoformed wood veneered with waxed oak (seat and back veneered as new). Armrests supported by the rear base and held in place by two side arms. The "all-wood" model was created in 1941 by Jean Prouvé in association with Établissements Vauconsant, who produced the model. Dimensions: 81x 52 x 49 cm.
