Original, large and fine Tabriz (North West Iran). Wool and silk. About 1975/80. Technical characteristics. Velvet in silky lambswool of quality, flowers surrounded by silk on a cotton and silk foundation. Density: About 10000 knots per dm². Ivory field with scrolls of polychrome flowered palmettes surrounded by lace leaves ' decorated with a large central rosette with salmon and turquoise flowered crown. Four spandrels with ruby floral bulbs. Good condition. Dimensions: 310 x 215 cm.
